About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Manager to join our team at O'Dell HVAC Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Ontario market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Eng Designation in good standing.
  • Minimum six (6) years of experience in a progressive engineering management or project management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
