Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Asset Management team at Secure Energy. This dynamic individual will provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and company activities. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Asset Management team, including meeting preparation, document management, and travel coordination.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and purchase orders.
  • Assist in the analysis and production of accurate job set-up, cost/revenue tracking, and job completion procedures.
  • Support the team in managing inventory control of assets and updating repair orders.
  • Review and edit service reports and repair orders for accuracy.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, faxing, and filing.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12/GED
  • Administration or Accounting Certificate/Diploma would be considered an asset
  • Minimum 2 years administrative/accounting experience
  • Experience working with information related to the repair and maintenance of heavy equipment is an asset.
  • Proficient with MS Office, with expertise in Excel.
  • Good time management and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.
