About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Process Improvement Associate to join our team at Capital One Canada. As a Process Improvement Associate, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and efficiencies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvement agendas to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities
  • Apply process knowledge and stakeholder collaboration to measurably improve outcomes
  • Use a variety of techniques and tools to define, manage, and improve processes, including Visual Management, Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational procedures, and ensure documentation is relevant and updated
  • Develop and perform quality assurance routines, controls, and monitoring to measure and analyze process performance

Requirements

  • Recent graduates from an undergraduate degree or graduates of Masters' programs from an accredited Canadian University
  • Students graduating December 2024-Spring 2025
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma/Process Improvement tools and methodology
  • Experience in basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g., SQL, Tableau)
  • Experience working and collaborating in teams
