About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at BizLink. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Implement KAIZEN and Lean Management principles to drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, including value stream mapping and process documentation.
  • Measure and track key performance indicators to ensure process improvements are sustained.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a production environment, with a focus on process improvement and KAIZEN implementation.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiency gains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
