- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food safety, sanitation, and maintenance, to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Work closely with our purchasing team to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors to ensure the best possible prices and service.
- Monitor and analyze kitchen performance, including food costs, labor costs, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience as a head chef or senior kitchen manager.
- Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high-quality results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fast-paced kitchen environment with a high level of activity.
- Physically demanding, requiring long periods of standing, walking, and lifting.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a clean and safe environment.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
