Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, staff, and external partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including staff files, guest information, and hotel operations data.
- Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Inventory Management: Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives, such as implementing new policies or procedures, and providing support for events and conferences.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.

- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
