Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at The Drawbridge Inn. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our hotel operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the hotel operations team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including guest information, room assignments, and billing details.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the hotel operations team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including coordinating staff schedules, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as customer service, communication, and data management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
