Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
- Three years of recent experience in primary care nursing
