Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team in Fort St. James. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with the interprofessional team, and contribute to the development of person-centered care plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical follow-up and care to patients in accordance with their primary care plan and personal goals of care.
- Develop and implement formal education programs for patients, families, and the general public.
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN or RPN registrant.
- Three years recent, related clinical nursing experience in primary care nursing and/or chronic disease management settings.
- Current valid driver's license.
