Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Emergency Department at Stuart Lake Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the healthcare team, and contributing to the development of our emergency nursing program.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide emergency nursing care to patients with a wide range of conditions, from non-urgent to life-threatening.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in the development and implementation of our emergency nursing program, including education and training initiatives.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment.
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant.
- Two years' recent experience working in a tertiary care Emergency Department and/or two years' recent medical/surgical experience.
- Completion of an approved post-basic emergency nursing specialty program or equivalent training and experience may be considered.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACL) for Emergency room.
