Project Engineer Opportunity

Lycopodium Limited is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our dynamic and growing mineral processing team in Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager to ensure the quality of output is delivered by the project team.
  • Ensure output is aligned with the needs of project / study, the company objectives and client requirements.
  • Support and provide technical competence in the delivery of projects and studies.
  • Follow project specific and company procedures, work practices, plans and protocols to efficiently and consistently provide a high standard of work.
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
  • Assembly of scope of work packages to support procurement and construction activities as required.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and mentoring within the project engineering team.
Requirements:
  • A degree and/or Post-Graduate qualification in Engineering, preference for Mechanical will be given.
  • ~7+ years post graduate experience in the minerals processing sector.
  • ~ Demonstrate understanding and awareness of project implementation, constructability, OH&S, environmental, community and industrial relations issues.
