About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Crosswood Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and manage own company.
  • Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, recruit and hire workers, and carry out related staffing actions.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare production and other reports, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions.
  • Leadership and Training: Train or arrange for training, lead and instruct individuals, and manage own company.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Construction, industrial, maintenance, residential, service, and various locations.
  • Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
