Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Crosswood Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other tradespeople.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality on construction sites.
  • Recruit, train, and develop construction team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including estimating, purchasing, and accounting, to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
