Project Manager RoleWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead a 56-storey residential development in Brentwood, Burnaby.
The project will feature 641 units, 4 levels of parkade, and over 15,000 sq ft of indoor amenity space, with a short walk from the SkyTrain station.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop and manage project scope, schedule, costs, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the front-line contact with consultants, engineers, trades, site staff, and owners.
- Promote and project the company image of efficiency, quality, technical competence, and fair management of trades and suppliers.
- Work closely with site field staff to ensure they have the proper resources to successfully execute the project.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, resolving issues, managing client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
We are looking for a Project Manager with at least 5-7 years of experience in residential and mixed-use concrete high-rise projects as part of a large general contractor.
Candidates should have a certificate, diploma, or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and/or Procore, is required.
A strong network of sub-trades in the Lower Mainland and excellent communication skills are essential.
What We OfferWe provide a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $170,000, depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus program.
