Join Our Team as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer support via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to anticipate and resolve customer issues
  • Work with a solutions-oriented approach to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently
  • Escalate queries and issues in a timely manner by liaising with key stakeholders and collaborating with other departments
  • Manage and complete multiple high-priority responsibilities on a daily basis
Requirements:
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high phone call and email volume
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
