Sales and Community Growth Representative

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Community Relationship Specialist. This role will be responsible for driving sales onsite, meeting and exceeding occupancy targets, and developing strategic plans to maximize profitability and occupancy.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an enterprising, self-motivated individual who has a genuine interest in enriching the lives of Seniors. As a Community Relationship Specialist, you will effectively manage the end-to-end sales process, maintain superior customer service, and build strong relationships with the local community, current and prospective residents, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Effectively close strong leads, maximize the number of leads that become residents, and consistently meet sales goals of maintaining full occupancy.
- Customer Service: Maintain Metta Lifestyles' high standards of superior customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with the local community, current and prospective residents, and other stakeholders.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate all outreach events, including trade shows, community seminars, sponsorship, and other special events, to maximize growth and sales potential.
- Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to attract prospects and referral sources.
- Competitive Analysis: Perform competitive analysis, including monitoring market competition and territory conditions, to keep abreast of relevant market trends and target customer information to maximize sales revenue.
Requirements:
- Education: Business Degree or Diploma with a major in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations, or a background in a service industry-related position.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience and a proven track record in achieving/exceeding targets will be given preference.
- Digital Skills: Solid knowledge of digital and social media tools/technologies and experience utilizing these within a business environment.
- Communication Skills: Effective presentation and interpersonal skills with clear, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Location: Must have valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and be able to travel within the Toronto area.
