About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Marketing Manager. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, communicate, and execute integrated marketing strategies across three core market segments
  • Create engaging content to attract new users and retain existing ones
  • Leverage industry expertise and customer insights to develop valuable project templates and promote frequent user engagement
  • Drive cost-effective acquisition strategies and tactics to increase leads and sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute go-to-market programs that drive revenue growth
  • Analyze results and take corrective actions to achieve and exceed targets
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a track record of delivering results
  • Construction, engineering, or similar industry experience
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills
  • The ability to lead, coach, and mentor others
