We are seeking an experienced and skilled Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead our Diagnostic Imaging team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve Diagnostic Imaging services
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals
  • Manage departmental budgets and resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or Business Administration
  • Master's degree or current enrollment in a Master's program (preferred)
  • Current registration in good standing with a healthcare regulatory college
  • Significant leadership or management experience in a healthcare environment
  • Advanced clinical and administrative skills
  • Lean management and process re-engineering experience
  • Quality metrics and evidence-based practice experience
