**Regional Customer Support Sales Manager**

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Customer Support Sales Manager to join our team at Brandt Group of Companies. As a key player in the growth and development of our product support program, you will be responsible for executing and developing key objectives for the region.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our Customer Service Advisors (CSAs) are held accountable for product support sales growth and customer engagement. You will work closely with the Sales, Parts, Service, and Branch managers to achieve this goal.

  • Strategy and Business Planning
  • Educate and direct CSAs to promote all of Brandt's product support initiatives within the region.
  • Manage CSA processes such as call reporting, CRM, and target setting.
  • Assist CSAs with customer calls and key accounts.
  • Establish key KPIs for CSAs and measure performance on a monthly basis.
  • Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region.
  • Engage directly with larger accounts in the region to promote Brandt's full product support offering.
  • Provide feedback on regional industry trends, including growth opportunities, new offerings, and existing product promotion.
  • Market intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends.
  • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities.
  • Provide insight and feedback to guide performance of CSAs and branches.
