Sushi Day Chef Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced chef manager to join our team at Sushi Day. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing meals, and supervising kitchen staff.
About the RoleAs a chef manager at Sushi Day, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be responsible for:
- Planning Menus: Work with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu options that showcase the best of sushi cuisine.
- Chef Supervision: Lead and motivate our team of chefs to deliver exceptional dishes and provide excellent customer service.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
To be successful as a chef manager at Sushi Day, you will need:
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
