Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide compassionate patient care to residents in our one-level facility. With a focus on client and family-centered care, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences
Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and preferences
Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

Qualifications

Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
