Job Summary

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional health outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care, adhering to the standards and scope of practice as outlined by BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of safety and quality
Requirements
  • Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • One year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
