Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans, and provide personalized care to patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Administer medications, perform nursing procedures, and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.

Requirements
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.

  • Knowledge of nursing procedures, medications, and healthcare policies.
