Key Responsibilities- Lead the culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our airline customers.
- Develop and implement food safety and quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize food production and minimize waste.
- Provide training and coaching to junior staff members to ensure they meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food meets the required standards.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef and/or Sous Chef.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a cook.
- Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume, manufacturing, food production, restaurant, or catering environment.
- In-flight catering experience or experience in a high-volume food service environment is an asset.
