About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Gate Gourmet. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety in our flight kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of all food items to meet company and customer requirements.
- Supervise the food assembly team to ensure timely and efficient production.
- Coordinate with production admin to ensure accurate inventory management and daily production planning.
- Conduct quality checks on food prepared and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef and/or Sous Chef.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a cook.
- Previous supervisory experience in a high-volume food production environment.
