Job Title: Skechers Retail Floor Leader

Job Summary:

A great opportunity to join Skechers Canada as a Retail Floor Leader As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and acting as a product and brand ambassador for Skechers.

Main Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers and advising them on Skechers' products.

- Execute detailed stock and product management routines, including merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience for customers.

- Help train store employees on product knowledge and visual marketing standards.

- Maintain an overview of daily operations and troubleshoot any concerns with store management.

- May be responsible for opening and closing the store as needed.

Requirements:

- Ability to foster a respectful, safe, and fun environment for Skechers store employees.

- Enjoys solving problems and acts with a sense of urgency.

- Comfortable communicating with all levels of the store team.

- Flexible and motivated to provide excellent customer service.

- Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
