Job Title: Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Job Description
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Answer electronic enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to all correspondence.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, keeping all records up-to-date and accurate.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring that all written communication is error-free and professional.
  • Perform data entry, accurately and efficiently capturing all relevant information.
  • Provide customer service, responding promptly and professionally to all client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or operational role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
