About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, market segment, and/or supplier brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to cultivate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze and prioritize sales opportunities to maximize revenue growth and account penetration.
  • Implement and maintain accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Proven sales experience and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
