Customer Service Representative

At RONA, we're committed to providing an exceptional customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome
  • Assisting customers with loading products into their carts or vehicles
  • Bringing carts for customers who need assistance and collecting them in the parking lot
  • Supporting the customer service and checkout teams
  • Returning merchandise left at the returns desk to the appropriate departments
  • Staying informed of promotions and flyers
  • Following store policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety
  • Performing other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. If you're a team player who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you
