Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Support customers with banking services, including transactions and account management
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with personal banking products and services to provide expert advice
  • Contribute to meeting branch business results and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements
  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable
  • High-level knowledge of personal and commercial banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
