Job Summary

We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn Gander. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling room assignments and key cards as needed.
  • Manage guest requests and preferences, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Previous experience in the field is an asset.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
