Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Circle K. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a positive dining experience, and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to restaurant guests, taking orders at the tables and communicating customer orders to the kitchen.
  • Table Management: Prepare, replenish, and clean tables in the dining room to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily goals and provide excellent service to our guests.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate the ability to think quickly and offer suggestions to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with hygiene and sanitation standards, as well as knowledge of food safety procedures.
