Job Title: Guest Services Agent

We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to join our team at Comfort Inn Gander. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest requests and complaints, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary materials and equipment are available.
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handling payments and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Assist with room assignments, key card programming, and other front desk duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is an asset.
  • Availability: Must be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 76 hours bi-weekly.
