Office Operations Manager

As an Administrative Support Specialist with Ontario INC., you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities. Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and efficient.
- Delegate work to office support staff to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Establish work priorities to ensure that deadlines are met and procedures are followed.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and train staff as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure that the office is running efficiently.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
