About the Role

At Civicon Corporation, we're looking for an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, including delegate work to office support staff, carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, and reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Health care plan
  • Permanent employment
  • 37.5 hours per week
