A99 INTERNATIONAL INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Commission-based compensation
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
