Job Summary:

This is a temporary, full-time position (4 months) with opportunities to learn and grow within our organization. As a Gift Card Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and shipping gift card orders, preparing invoices, responding to customer inquiries, updating order logs, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and ship gift card orders for internal and external customers
  • Prepare and send invoices for gift card orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email
  • Update order logs with relevant information
  • Ensure all required metrics are consistently met
  • Work in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Provide a high standard of customer service
  • Varying data entry related tasks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferably within an office environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Integrity and adherence to standards, policy, and procedures
  • Excellent customer service skills coupled with an understanding of commitment to meet and exceed service levels
  • Strong computer skills; Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven time management, organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

What We Offer:

A competitive compensation package with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on similar jobs in the finance and supply chain industry in Canada.
