Your role in this position is to ensure timely processing of gift cards. The oppportunity is for a 4-month term running from October 2024 to February 2025.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

Process and ship gift card orders for both internal and external customers Prepare and send invoices for gift card orders Respond to customer inquiries via email Update order logs with relevant information Ensure all required metrics are consistently met Work in SAP and Microsoft Office Provide a high standard of customer service Various data entry related tasks

What you have to offer:

• Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably within an office environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Integrity and adherence to standards, policy and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills coupled with an understanding of the commitment to meet and exceed service levels
• Strong computer skills; Proficient use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook,
• Proven time management, organization, prioritization, and multi tasking skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
