About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our commercial lines team as an Account Executive, Small Business Insurance. In this role, you'll have the chance to showcase your skills and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business and manage client relationships, including interviewing clients for prospective risk exposures/issues and presenting quotes.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve sales targets.
  • Own the client renewal process, arranging and attending appointments, and providing updated file information for renewal and/or re-marketing when necessary.
  • Represent the company in select associations.
  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
About You

We're looking for someone with 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, a Level 1 and/or Level 2 provincial insurance license, and a proven track record of attracting and retaining commercial clients. You should have strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, as well as demonstrated leadership abilities.
