  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that the food service establishment is clean and well-maintained.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment, coffee shop.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Standing for extended periods: Stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a client-focused attitude.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
