At station1 Lebenese Kitchen, we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for training staff, overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures, and resolving conflict situations.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a dental plan and free parking. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
