Business Office Coordinator

Auxaire Inc. is seeking a skilled Business Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently. Key responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Process and manage financial transactions, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with accounting software and electronic mail. Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.

- Experience with accounting software and electronic mail.
