TEEMA Group is a leading provider of specialized behavioral support services. We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavioral Therapist to join our team and provide essential support to students with behavioral challenges.

 

Job Summary

The Registered Behavioral Therapist will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement behavior intervention plans that promote positive behavior changes in students.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of behavioral issues.
  • Analyze assessment data to create targeted behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Develop and implement individualized BIPs using evidence-based techniques.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the classroom.
  • Provide training and resources to support students' behavioral needs.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and student progress.
  • Prepare reports and documentation required for IEPs and other school records.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding behavioral services.

 

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.

 

Compensation Package:

We offer an attractive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
