Behavioral Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team in an educational setting. This role involves working closely with students who require additional support to succeed academically and socially.
Responsibilities- Implement instructional programs under the guidance of teachers and therapists.
- Provide individualized support to students, enhancing their academic, social, and behavioral development.
- Assist in preparing instructional materials and activities that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Maintain accurate records of student behavior and progress, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as a positive role model, supporting students in developing healthy behaviors and habits.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with teachers, therapists, and other staff members.
- Master's degree in education or a related field.
- Training in behavioral intervention techniques.
- Experience working with students who have special needs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
