Job Title: Registered Behavioral Therapist RBT

The TEEMA Group is seeking a highly skilled Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will provide specialized behavioral support and interventions for students with behavioral challenges in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the root causes of behavioral issues.
  • Analyze assessment data to develop targeted behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Develop and implement individualized BIPs.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to support positive behavior changes.
  • Monitor and adjust intervention plans based on student progress.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate behavioral strategies into the classroom.
  • Provide training and resources to teachers and parents to support students' behavioral needs.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and other team meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and student progress.
  • Prepare reports and documentation required for IEPs and other school records.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding behavioral services.
Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and/or State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) license.
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
