Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2717161 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and quality food.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Cost Control: Manage kitchen expenses and develop strategies to reduce waste and minimize costs.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers have a positive dining experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
