Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 2717161 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to enhance our culinary offerings.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with our purchasing team to requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Plan and execute menu development, ensuring food meets quality standards.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to join our culinary team.
- Develop and implement effective kitchen safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive kitchen efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
