Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
- Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Develop and implement new cooking techniques and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure excellent food preparation and presentation.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards.
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to support our kitchen operations.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all kitchen staff.
- 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
