About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, managing our administrative staff, and supporting our legal team to optimize office efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office workflow and manage resources to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement tools to enhance office efficiency.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Maintain office security and control access to files and equipment.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and supervise the admin team.
  • Manage client billing, invoice processing, and payment transactions.
  • Control costs and manage resources to stay within budget.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software and ability to lead new technology implementation.
