Food Service Team Lead

Join our team at Tim Hortons as a Food Service Supervisor, where you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
Requirements:- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will have the opportunity to work with a recognized employer that supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees. Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The work schedule is 30-40 hours per week.
